Report B2B Recognition
How do I book the B2B Recognition Report for my account?
As a user with administration rights, B2B recognition can be added at any time by clicking on the upgrade button at the top of the corresponding report.
The first term lasts until the end of the current license period and is then extended in accordance with the etracker analytics term, unless it is terminated in due time. As an add-on, the report can be canceled separately from the license.
How long will the B2B recognition data be available in my account?
The data is available in the account for as long as your etracker analytics license is running. The lookup is an etracker analytics add-on and can be added at any time during the existing license period. The first term lasts until the end of the current license period and is then extended in accordance with the etracker analytics term, unless it is terminated in due time. As an add-on, the report can be canceled separately from the license.
Is B2B recognition compliant with data protection regulations?
Yes, B2B identification is compliant with data protection law. Identifying individual visitors to websites is highly questionable under data protection law, but this does not generally apply to access by companies. This is because the applicability of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is limited to natural persons. In order to rule out the possibility of indirectly drawing conclusions about the natural person behind the website – e.g. in the case of very small companies – only accesses by companies that have accessed the website using their truncated IP address are listed.
What insights does B2B recognition give me?
B2B recognition shows, among other things, which companies have visited your website, which content has been viewed and which campaigns they have come from. On this account basis, tailored sales and marketing campaigns can be initiated to maximize sales success in the long term.
