New report: Conversions

A report for conversions was created to supplement the conversion selection (see above). This can be found under Engagement Reports → Conversions can be found.

A small code editor has been added to the custom tag of the etracker tag manager, which simplifies the editing of scripts and thus minimizes sources of error:

Onsite campaigns

The recording of onsite campaigns can now be evaluated in the Last Visitor Report. This includes both the parameters set via the CC attributes (e.g. in the search) and onsite campaigns that are read via URL parameters (typically after clicking on a banner on your own page).

The internal search is displayed via a search icon and shows both the onsite medium, the onsite campaign and the search term entered.

In a normal internal onsite campaign, the familiar loudspeaker symbol is used and the medium and the campaign are preceded by an onsite:

CSS selectors without session storage

To increase the reliability of the measurement of CSS selector events, etracker uses the browser’s session storage as a cache by default. To enable the measurement of selector events without session storage, the following parameter was created, which can be included in the parameter block:

_etr = { doNotUseSessionStorage: true };
