How do I book an etracker analytics license?

You can easily book your etracker analytics license via the application. To the instructions.

Where can I find the breakdown of my hits?

In the top bar of the dashboard you will find the hits measured in the current month and a forecast for the entire month. Via the link To the report link takes you to the detailed view with a breakdown by event type. You can use the calendar function to break down the hits for any period of time.

How can I upgrade my hit quota?

Two methods are available for this, depending on the license:

  1. For standard single licenses, the upgrade can be carried out independently via the application. As a main user or user with administrator rights, you can use the upgrade button in your dashboard for this purpose:

  2. For collective licenses or individual license packages, please contact us at sales@etracker.com., as the upgrade button is not available in this case .

A new term of 12 months begins with the upgrade. Credits from the current (remaining) term are credited pro rata and reduce the amount shown on the invoice. Exceeding the monthly hit quota (overflows) will be invoiced separately.

How do I change my e-mail address?

Within their etracker account, users have the option of clicking on the account ID in the top right-hand corner of the application under the menu item Profile → My data to change the stored e-mail address.

How do I change my password?

In the etracker account, the main user or administrator has under Profile → My data → Change password to change passwords for themselves and other users.

The following criteria must be observed when awarding the contract:

  • at least 8 characters
  • at least one upper and one lower case letter
  • at least one number
  • at least one special character (underscore and minus do not count as special characters)
