Own reports
In etracker analytics, you can compile your own reports according to your own wishes and ideas and create them permanently in the system as individual reports with your own name as onsite or offsite reports. The data in the “Custom reports” is also available retrospectively.
If you want to use an onsite report, it is necessary to transfer the campaign parameters accordingly as onsite parameters.
Proceed as follows:
Under Custom reports, select whether it is an individual report for external campaigns (1) or an onsite report (2).
Use the Add button (1) to select up to six segments (2) to be included in the report.
Select any number of key figures or complete key figure groups for the report via Add key figures and key figure groups (1) (3) and click on Save (4). The key figure groups must be activated in advance using the slider (2) so that key figures can be selected.
To save the created report, click on the floppy disk symbol above the graphic (1).
Give the custom report a title under the heading Name (1) and define the standard time history to be displayed when the custom report is called up under the heading Period (2).
Click on Create. The report is now available in the report overview.
Customized reports can be flexibly adapted, edited or even removed at any time. The corresponding data is always available retroactively, even if changes are made. The attribution model for the custom report can be selected at any time via the selection menu on the right above the table and does not have to be defined in advance.
