Are you receiving an error message when booking an etracker license?

Please check again that all your details are correct as entered in the commercial register.

For example, not only the company name is sufficient, but also the legal form such as GmbH or AG must be stated.

For all bookings from the EU (outside Germany), the correctness check is carried out using the VAT identification number (VAT ID). Therefore, please ensure that you enter it correctly. If you do not have a tax identification number, please contact our Customer Service Team at service@etracker.com.

Why is my own domain being recorded as a referrer?

To exclude domains and associated subdomains as referrers, go to Account → Domain filter → Referrer exclusion the corresponding domain must be added.

Why are no conversions uploaded to Google Ads even though conversions have been created in etracker analytics?

Please check the following three points, which are essential for a correct upload:

  1. Do all active campaigns have the correct suffix in Google Ads?
  2. Are the conversions recorded correctly in etracker analytics?
  3. Is the conversion upload set up correctly, including the creation of conversion actions in Google Ads with exactly the same naming as in etracker analytics?
