Depending on whether an entire website or domain, a blog or individual landing pages are to be measured, the type of integration varies slightly. All three options are described below.

If you use HubSpot’s cookie consent banner, the optional activation of etracker cookies with consent is not possible. If you use other consent management solutions, follow the additional instructions to prevent the blocking of consent-free tracking.

To add the tracking code to the header HTML of a HubSpot domain, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your etracker account and copy your individual tracking code under Integration → Website code.
  2. In your HubSpot account, click on the gear icon in the top menu bar to access the settings.
  3. First click on Website and then on Pages.
  4. Under Select domain to edit your settings, select the desired domain . If you have multiple domains, select Default settings for all domains.
  5. Paste the previously copied tracking code into the Website header HTML field.
  6. Click on Save – done!

To add the tracking code to the header HTML of a HubSpot blog, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your etracker account and copy your individual tracking code under Integration → Website code.
  2. In your HubSpot account, click on the gear icon in the top menu bar to access the settings.
  3. First click on Website and then on Blog.
  4. Select the desired blog under Select blog to change.
  5. Go to templates.
  6. Paste the previously copied tracking code into the Header HTML for blog listing pages field.
  7. Click on Save – done!

To add the tracking code to the header HTML of HubSpot pages or landing pages, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your etracker account and copy your individual tracking code under Integration → Website code.
  2. In your HubSpot account, go to Marketing → Website → Website pages or Marketing → Landing pages.
  3. Move the mouse pointer over a page and click on Edit.
  4. In the editor, first click on Settings and then on Advanced options.
  5. Paste the previously copied tracking code into the Header HTML field in the Additional code snippets section.
  6. Click on Publish or Update – done!
