Dimension groups can now also be created via the user-defined segments. The grouping of dimension values is extremely helpful for analyzing data efficiently. Dimension groups can be created from any base dimension. This allows for very flexible groups including the simple grouping of months into quarters.

From now on, website operators who wish to continue using Google Analytics for analysis will also benefit from consent-free and blocking-proof data collection with etracker. Data protection-friendly data transmission is guaranteed thanks to prior IP anonymization and special user and session IDs that prevent Google from re-identifying users.

The data stream can be activated via the menu item Configuration → Google Analytics. All you need to do is enter the Measurement ID and the API Secret of the Google Analytics property.
